• Photos: We store the images you take or upload and the AI‑generated results (e.g., likely item, era, maker, materials, style, and value estimate) so you can access them within the app.
• Chat Messages: We store your chat messages and the app’s replies to provide conversation history and follow-ups.

We do not collect any unnecessary personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Provide and improve Antique ID’s identification, value estimation, and AI chat features.
• Store your scans and chat history securely so you can access them across sessions.
• Respond to support inquiries if you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your photos, AI results (including value estimates), and chat messages are stored securely in our systems.

You can delete individual scans and chats, or delete all stored data, from the in‑app settings. Once deleted, your data is permanently erased from our servers.

4. User Responsibilities

You may not upload or generate:

• NSFW or sexually explicit images
• Illegal or harmful content

We monitor for violations and may permanently suspend access for behavior that breaks these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto‑renewable but can be canceled at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your stored scans and chat history in the app.

7. Children’s Privacy

Antique ID is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.
